Family OS collects only the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you opt in to text reminders), and the documents, contacts, financial records, and other data you store in your family vault.
Your data is used solely to operate your private family portal. We use your email to send login links and calendar reminders. If you opt in, we use your phone number to send text message reminders via Telnyx. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. Sensitive content (legacy messages, passwords) is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Documents are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Your data is isolated — no other family can see it.
Text reminders are opt-in only. You can enable them in Settings → Notification Preferences by adding your phone number and selecting "Text Only" or "Email + Text." Message frequency depends on your calendar events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support.
You can delete your data at any time through the Family OS portal. You can opt out of text reminders by replying STOP or changing your notification preferences in Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact the family owner.
